School Board

Our children are the country’s future. Having strong conservative school board leaders is essential to quality education in Arizona. Our children and grandchildren need us to stand in the gap. We must fight for Parent Rights Under Arizona Law, advocate for improved test scores over social justice and stop the assault on their innocence.

Legislative District 3 includes the school districts of Paradise Valley Unified, Scottsdale Unified, Deer Valley Unified, Cave Creek Unified, and Fountain Hills Unified. We are fortunate to have some quality PCs also serving on school boards in our district but need many more.

As we build the school board committees, grow our volunteer base and further develop plans, this page will be updated.

HAVA

Last Night (5/24) the Precinct Committeemen in AZ LD3 agreed wholeheartedly that We need to demand an Administrative Hearing for the #HAVA violations that may occur in the upcoming election, since so many occurred already.

We filled out and notarized 100 Help America Vote Act #HAVA Complaints!!!

The SOS may ignore Our demand for an Administrative Hearing, because they are not held accountable for breaking Election Laws in AZ.
However, Our Elected PC's are ready to take them on!
I encourage everyone to go to their Secretary of State Website and type in the Search Engine "Help America Vote Act."
Every State is required to provide an Administrative Complaint Process and provide a Public Hearing upon the Request of the Complainant.

#HAVA Section 402:

E) At the request of the complainant, there shall be a hearing on the record. (F) If, under the procedures, the State determines that there is a violation of any provision of title III, the State shall provide the appropriate remedy. (G) If, under the procedures, the State determines that there is no violation, the State shall dismiss the complaint and publish the results of the procedures. (H) The State shall make a final determination with respect to a complaint prior to the expiration of the 90- day period which begins on the date the complaint is filed, unless the complainant consents to a longer period for making such a determination. (I) If the State fails to meet the deadline applicable under subparagraph (H), the complaint shall be resolved within 60 days under alternative dispute resolution procedures established for purposes of this section. The record and other materials from any proceedings conducted under the complaint procedures established under this section shall be made available for use under the alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Thank you to the LD3 Board who supported this effort and helped make it happen.

The AZ SOS is going to have so many #HAVA Complaints they are bound to have to do something at some point.

Lawfare is the peaceful way to resolve Constitutional issues.

This is a way for the People to use their Power of Checks and Balances to hold the State accountable.
