Thank you for your donation to the 2026 Legislative District 3 event. Legislative District 3 reserves the right to limit the display of items and reject any donation items offered to use therein. Donors agree that the party committee, their officers, members shall be under liability to the Donor by reason of any error of omission in the display of any items. All items tendered by Donors are accepted on the representation of the Donors and the Donors has authorized that the items tendered are given to the winner. In consideration of acceptance of such items, the Donor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the committee members, and their officers from and against loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the subject matter of such displays or items, including without limitations, claims or suits alleging that such displays or items are not as represented to patrons participating.

ITEMS MUST BE IN-HANDS NO LATER THAN January 31st, 2026.
